Why AmperAdvantage

Built for the Speed of Modern Construction

The electrical panel industry hasn't kept pace with the accelerating demands of data center and commercial construction. We built AmperAdvantage to close that gap.

Data Center Speed

We deliver electrical assemblies on the compressed timelines that hyperscale data center construction demands. Where legacy shops quote 12–16 weeks, AmperAdvantage delivers in 4–6.

🏆

UL-Certified Quality

Every shop is independently UL-listed for UL 508A industrial control panels and UL 891 switchboards. UL listing is non-negotiable for commercial and data center projects — we have it.

🖥️

Eplan Digital Assembly

All products are designed in Eplan, the industry-standard electrical CAD platform. Eplan Smart Wiring provides digital-guided assembly that reduces wiring errors to near-zero.

📍

Strategic Locations

Shops positioned in Atlanta, Columbus, and San Antonio — three of the fastest-growing data center and commercial construction markets in the United States.

🔬

Rigorous Testing

Every panel undergoes standardized testing: hi-pot, megger, functional, and load bank testing where applicable. Zero shortcuts. Zero exceptions.

🤝

Builder-Focused Service

We understand how general contractors and EPCs operate. We speak your language, meet your schedules, and provide the documentation your inspectors need.

The Speed Advantage

4–6 Weeks vs. 12–16 Weeks

General contractors and EPCs are actively seeking alternative suppliers who can deliver quality electrical assemblies faster. Speed is the primary purchasing criterion — we deliver it.

Quality

Our Quality Process

Six steps from engineering to delivery. No shortcuts. No exceptions. Every panel that leaves our shop has been through the full process.

01

Eplan Engineering

Every project begins with a complete Eplan electrical design. Digital schematics eliminate ambiguity and provide the foundation for Smart Wiring guided assembly.

02

Material Verification

All components are verified against the bill of materials before assembly begins. No substitutions without engineering approval.

03

Smart Wiring Assembly

Eplan Smart Wiring displays guide assemblers through each wire connection in sequence, reducing errors to near-zero regardless of assembler experience level.

04

In-Process Inspection

Quality checkpoints at each assembly stage catch issues before they compound. Problems are resolved at the source, not at final test.

05

Final Testing

Every panel undergoes hi-pot testing, megger testing, functional testing, and load bank testing where applicable before leaving the shop.

06

Documentation Package

Full as-built drawing package, test reports, UL labels, and compliance documentation shipped with every order.
